Requirements

One artist will be inducted each induction period. At least 50% of the band must be or have been citizens of Toronto, or the bands main city is or was located in Toronto (This Must Be Evident!). Bands that have relocated to a different city may be inducted on the merits achieved before the relocation occured.

The band needs to be an overall package, and this means that it must be an established artist that has done well, has provided artwork for the records released (Though this is not necessary), is well known by the community (primarily locally), and has proven themselves within the industry.

Requirements

One person will be inducted each induction period. This person must have contributed to the city of Toronto or has impacted the city in a positive way. Toronto citizens will be favored but the international community may also be inducted.
Criteria

To be inducted an individual needs to have donated at least two million dollars, in money or in items equaling this amount (this is not a requirment if they are inducted on other merits, such as being a doctor). This person needs to have impacted the the city in a positive way regarding it's legal system, public health, public safety, the cities infrastructure, or any other civic duty that may warrant an induction.
